Other than that, this company has achieved significant expansion in its business infrastructures and technology, organizational structure, number of employees, and stock investments.

In year 2000, this company appointed its Director Eric Schiffer as the new President. The main basis for such promotion was Schiffer’s exceptional leadership and financial management skills. He also had an excellent academic background and extensive experience during the early stage of his career. Other than that, Schiffer has been well-known by his superiors and colleagues as a person well-driven by passion for excellence at all times. By the beginning of 2005, Eric Schiffer was again promoted to a higher managing position, which is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

People behind the idea of placing Eric Schiffer in the CEO position were not disappointed on his performance. He was able to work well with his fellow business leaders in the company and with the people that work under his leadership. Many have also concluded that he has been among the main contributors of the company’s notable success over the last decade. His involvement in the company was also considered as an important factor that helped the company overcome the recent economic crisis in the country. Additionally, Schiffer has been one of the brains behind the successful dealerships of 99 Cents Only Stores with investors and associate companies.
